We think that with the advent of technology, we can reduce our carbon footprint. Climate change is the biggest problem we are facing right now and we all have to work together to save our beautiful earth! Therefore we have renovated our store with a very green thinking.
A switch to LED technology
Our store is 98% enlightened with LED lights. LED lights have a lifespan and electrical efficiency that is several times better than incandescent lamps.
iPad and iPhone
We are limiting the use of paper. Most of the invoices are sent to our customers by email via a custom made application for the iPad and the iPhone. Our customers records are also stored digitally and our inventory is digital. So our staff will not need to use papers.
Repairs
We are completely different from other companies. When a customer brings a non functional device, we don’t encourage them to buy a new one but instead, we suggest them to get it fixed first by our genius technicians. That way, they don’t need to throw their defective devices. And the other great thing is that we don’t throw broken LCD’s in the garbage. We send them to Canada and they get recycled properly.
We Recycle
We make sure that all used laptop batteries, non functional electronic parts, ink & toners are recycled properly. We work with several recycling Canadian companies.
Refurbished Products
We also sell refurbished certified products by Apple, Dell, HP and other companies. They are as good as brand new.
